With the rising popularity of gas appliances, it became apparent that we would have to expand our service offering from the occasional solution of a woodstove problem to certified gas service technicians. We attempted to answer our customer’s needs by contracting an outside service company. While successful for a time, it soon became apparent that our growing customer base was overwhelming this limited resource. It was time to “bite the bullet” and we invested in training and certification. We put a heavy duty van on the road and began stocking an inventory of common parts so that we could keep your stove or fireplace going. We now have two full time technicians on the road, with another doing double duty helping finalize our builder installations. In addition, our gas installers are able to troubleshoot some of the more common problems.
